Better U is a four-week program with classes lasting an hour and a half. This program is centered around helping participants come up with easy ways to make small changes that will lead to a Better U! Each class has the nutrition education lesson and recipe demo, and also includes about 20 minutes of light physical activity to help get people up and moving in a fun, safe way. No preregistration required!
